What are the advantages of using your services?

There are many advantages to using our services, perhaps too many to mention, but most people work with us because:

- There are no staff overheads such as Holiday or sickness pay, National Insurance contributions, recruitment, or training costs.

- No additional workspace expenses: desk, computer, 

- You don't have to find a place for us to work.

- We are available for as little as an hour at a time.

- We are multi-skilled and experienced.

- We can work in your business to let you work on it.

How do I know that my data is secure?

Protection of your data is very serious to me. We are registered with the ICO and confidential information is stored in Dashlane.

How do you track time?

We use a system called Clockify to track time for each of our clients. All-time is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. As soon as you are close to your agreed retainer time, we will be in touch.

What happens if I need more time?

We can invoice you for any additional time should you require it.

Can we meet face to face?

Though we do work remotely, we are happy to meet face to face for a coffee if you are local to Worcestershire. If you are too far away, we are always happy to meet via Zoom or even in virtual reality if you own a VR headset.

What happens if things don’t work out?

We will always do our best to rectify any issues or problems that arise. Should we decide there are no alternatives, any agreement can be terminated with 30 days notice

How do I communicate with you?

Thankfully with all today’s technology, it has never been easier to communicate and we are happy to communicate in any manner that suits you. Here are the main ways we communicate with our clients, though we are happy to explore more:

  • Telephone

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Zoom

  • VR - I use Meet in VR if you are into Virtual Reality

  • For file sharing, we use dropbox.

How can I make the most of your services?

Depending on what tasks require of us, we will go through everything during our Induction. We also like to conduct monthly service reviews to ensure you are happy and discuss any improvements you may have.

When can we start?

It can take up to 5 days to get set up and ready to go. It really does depend on what is required. We are happy to discuss your requirements and produce a time scale.
